Well, this one is pure fiction. I wrote it for humorous purposes.

But I was thinking about this topic and am ready to bet the majority is fabricated. Since there’s money to make, there are some people ready to fabricate what readers want to read or what Medium thinks readers want to read to be more accurate.

There are also genuine writers (with great stories), but if one wants to make a living from writing, genuine isn’t the best way to go.
