We don't know what share Medium keeps (and they won't tell), so if they kept say $3 out of every $5…

…pporting their fellow members. And what if more than half of Medium’s million or so members joined? The math tells me that three times the income for Medium with four times the “payout” by Medium cannot be sustainable. Hey, I am no expert, so I may have this all wrong. But who can I ask but you guys?

They could easily give 8 out of 15.
