Parents MUST NOT Disturb an Online Lesson by Asking the Teacher Questions

With lockdown in force and online schooling due to start next week, we feel bad for our little snowflake. He’s only twelve. As we all know, the second year of middle school is crucial in a successful academic career. And we can see how much the situation is distressing to him. He can’t relax without playing video games till 2 AM, at least.

We take turns to bring him late snacks, of course. He’s so focused and involved that he forgets about keeping a healthy diet. Sometimes, he even forgets to go to the bathroom. He’s still young; that can happen to anybody, at any age. His beloved Grandpa, my father, also forgets from time to time. But we unambiguously refused to clean after him; he’s old enough to take care of his own shit. And we’re so busy with our little snowflake that we don’t have the time anyway.

The neighbors haven’t shown a smidgen of compassion so far. I find this utterly sad. Well, as my Grandma always said, when hard times come, we can see the true nature of our neighbors. They keep on complaining about the late-night noise. It doesn’t seem so difficult to understand that our little snowflake has very delicate ears. He cannot wear headphones.
