I'm not on Newsbreak, but as far as I know, they have additional restrictions to join their program at the moment.

It's much easier to write and earn on Medium.

@youtube, I have no idea how their program works. Nor how difficult it can be to reach 1,000 followers? Sounds like a lot to me.

In general, I think it would be more fair if people could earn from the start and have a few months to reach the whatever followers threshold.
