I sometimes clap a few times because I know one clap is seen as insulting by many people (I don’t) but don’t want to go up to 50 (it’s boring).

For me, one clap, or 17, or 50, it doesn’t make a difference. I see them as likes.

From my other article about one-clappers, many people said in the comments they didn’t even know you could clap more than once. Many see the clapping hands as a weird-looking like button.
